Teron Lighting was founded in 1979. For over four decades, it built a reputation in commercial lighting that didn’t come from marketing — it came from showing up, delivering, and doing it again.
In the warehouses, showrooms, and job sites of commercial lighting professionals, the Teron name meant something. Budget-smart fixtures that didn’t look cheap. Specs that held. A team that answered the phone. For decades, that was the Teron promise.
Then the company changed hands — and eventually, it went dark. Not because the products were bad. Not because the customers left. But because the model that took over wasn’t built to last. Financial engineering is not a substitute for operational knowledge, and it never will be.

In 2025, three commercial lighting operators — with decades of combined industry experience at TechBrite and KB Lighting — acquired Teron out of bankruptcy through Triple B Lighting & Holdings. They didn’t buy a distressed asset. They rescued a promise.
The full product catalog is intact. The institutional knowledge is preserved. The customer relationships are being rebuilt, one conversation at a time. And the people running Teron now are not portfolio managers. They’re operators. Their names are on the door. They intend to stay.
